Act no. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications in the provision of § 109 par. 8 on cookies stipulates that “Anyone who stores or obtains access to information stored in the user’s terminal equipment is entitled to do so only if the user concerned has given demonstrable consent. The obligation to obtain consent does not apply to a body active in criminal proceedings and another state body. This shall not preclude technical storage or access to data the sole purpose of which is to transmit or facilitate the transmission of a message over a network or where this is strictly necessary for an information society service provider to provide an information society service explicitly requested by the user. ”

How can I control or delete cookies?
